With the closure of the document lodgement and information service at Landgate’s Bunbury office as advised in CIB No. 275 of 9 March 2016, customers will also not be able to collect documents from that office after 29 April 2016.
Customers will be able to request the return of documents via mail or collect the documents from either Landgate’s Perth or Midland offices.
Customers who prefer that documents are returned by registered post will need to provide a self-addressed reply paid envelope at time of lodgement.
Landgate will contact customers to obtain alternative issuing instructions for all current cases where documents had previously been marked to be collected at Bunbury.
