CIB 322: New guides replace Strata Titles Practice Manual

Landgate is replacing its Strata Titles Practice Manual with individual Strata Titles Policy and Procedure Guides, which are presented in a user-friendly format and offer improved search and filter capabilities.

This follows the successful conversion of the Land Titles Registration Practice Manual, and the ongoing incremental conversion of the Survey and Plan Practice Manual into individual Policy and Procedure Guides.

The guides are available from the Land Transactions Toolkit and will help users streamline lodgements and easily access the most up-to-date information from Landgate.
