CIB 383: Gazettal of 2022/23 Landgate regulated and associated fees increase.

Landgate’s 2022/23 fees and charges have received approval from the Governor in Executive Council, have been published in the Government Gazette, and are now official.

From 1 July 2022, Landgate’s regulated land titling fees will increase approximately 3.5 per cent.

From 1 July 2022, Landgate’s commercial products, services and valuations regulated fees (including valuations commercial charges) will increase approximately 2 per cent.
