Before submitting your feedback, it’s recommended you read the Phase One Discussion Paper. It covers important information on the review’s three key themes:

  1. Improving cost controls in strata titles schemes (page 9)

Topics include subdivision, development, scheme termination and redevelopment costs, managing costs of common property, and cost-related consumer protections.

  1. Enhance strata living (page 14)

Topics include proxies, strata councils, alterations to lots, managing common property, by-laws, strata company objectives, bullying and harassment, dispute resolution, strata advice, and building manuals.

  1. Strata manager practice and standards (page 27)

Topics include trust accounts and licensing, conflict of interest and disclosures, the definition and authorisation of strata managers, and strata manager annual returns.
