Customer Update: Fees and charges increase for 2025-26 have been published

Landgate’s 2025-26 fees and charges have received approval from the Governor in Executive Council, have been published on the WA Legislation website, and are now official.

Effective from 1 July 2025:

• Landgate will increase charges for the Sale of Land Information, Data and Imagery (non-regulated) products and services, by approximately 2.75 per cent.*
• Landgate will increase Valuation Services fees and charges (regulated and non-regulated) by approximately 2.75 per cent.*
• Landgate will increase fees for regulated land titling and associated services by approximately 3 per cent.*
