2025 Strata Manager Annual Returns – close 31 March 2026

Strata Managers in Western Australia are reminded that the 2025 Strata Manager Annual Returns are now open and must be submitted by 31 March 2026 in accordance with the Strata Titles Act 1985.

Key points for 2025

• Returns must be lodged via Landgate’s online portal.
• A checklist is available in the portal to help you progress your submission. 
• Your completed form will be emailed to you upon submission. Please ensure you keep a copy for your records, as Landgate is unable to provide a copy once submitted.
• 2025 is the final year for the legislated annual return requirement under current regulations.
