These updates align with WA's new privacy law, the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024 (PRIS Act), and help ensure you are informed about how and why your personal information is collected and used.

The type of information Landgate collects has not changed.

We have always collected personal information to deliver services, meet legal obligations, and respond to enquiries and transactions.

 What’s changing?

  • You'll notice clearer privacy information across our online services, forms and other ways you interact with us.
  • Our Privacy Policy has been updated.
  • We’ve developed Collection Notices that explain how your personal information is handled by Landgate for specific services and customer interactions.

Important: If you have previously downloaded a Landgate form on your desktop, please ensure you now access the latest version available on our website which includes our privacy statement in accordance with the PRIS Act.
