WA Operating Requirements - Version 7.2 update

Version 7.2 of the WA Operating Requirements (WAOR) has now been published on the Landgate website and will take effect from 29 June 2026.  

In Western Australia, Electronic Lodgment Network Operators (ELNOs) must comply with the WAOR, which are determined by the Registrar of Titles and based on the Model Operating Requirements developed by ARNECC.  

Version 7.2 contains several updates, including changes that reinforce the responsibility of ELNOs to support the continuous improvement of their products.  

The Landgate website now includes: 

• The full version of 7.2 WA Operating Requirements 
• A marked up version showing changes from version 7.1
