Phase Two of the State Government’s strata law review is now open for public consultation.
Earlier today, the Hon. John Carey MLA, Minister for Planning and Lands announced the consultation will be open for six weeks, from 15 October to 26 November 2026.
The proposed reforms respond to issues and feedback raised during Phase One and cover a range of areas affecting strata living and the operation of strata titles schemes.
Whether you own, live in, manage or are otherwise interested in strata, you are invited to explore the proposals and share your views.
